Default Goin' to Kansas City, Kansas City here I come.

Alright so I'm finally moving over to KC after enduring a pleasant but uneventful year in Wichita. Wichita is nice but it isn't for me.

Anyway my gf and I are going to be relocating to the KC area. We have looked at some apartments researched the areas etc.

Well we found a sweet place in our price range. The address is 4315 Roanoke Parkway KC, MO. Perfect location, perfect price.

Here are a couple pics.

The neighborhood is fun! I lived there for a year and a half before settling into my current abode.

Yeah, got a great price as well. Not a lot of crime in the area that i saw when i looded at the crime maps. There is a Quik Trip next door that always gets robbed, I think ill stay away from it at night.

That is the busiest QT in the metro. So long as it remains a QT, you probably have little to worry about. QT will quickly unload or close a store that gets robbed too many times or is in a "bad" area.

I lived in that general area for about three years - really enjoyed it.

Not to nitpick, but I believe the QT on 43rd and Main is the busiest (not the one on Westport Rd). I was once told by an employee there that it is the busiest QT in the nation that is not on a major highway.

That's right, forgot about that one. That's a cool area too BTW.
