Hello,
I am new to the forum and I am currenty living in C. Falls, IA, and I am relocating to Kansas. At this point, I am not planning to stay long, because I am just waiting for some work options I am waiting an answer for, however, I am going to be kicked out of Cedar Falls, IA in next week because my rental contract finishes and it is not renewable + no jobs in the area in ESL. Therefore, i have decided that KC is a nice option because I've been there before and I loved it. Pllus the weather is nice!
Since my plans are still sort of fluctuating, I'd like to know if there are budget month-to-month rentals in the area. I have a reservation and at extendedstayhotel, but it is sort of expensive. It's like almost $1000 per month. So I was wondering if there were any cheaper options... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

It's easy to find a one bedroom apartment that costs much less than that, even after you include utilities. There are a few areas I'd advise staying away from.
Oh, and the weather isn't always that nice. You must have caught us on a good day. It's about the same as Iowa, just a few degrees warmer on average.
In the summer, that means HOT.
Sometimes.
Hasn't been too bad this year. A few weeks ago, it was muggy and gross, but the last week or so it has been almost pleasant.

Hey there,

Do you know of any agencies that would offer that month2month sort of rental service? I am just overwhelmed with all the info I have found. Also, do you know of any website other than rent.com that specialized in rentals in KC? any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks
