Can't say much about Hampton Place because I don't know, but Kingsridge is ghetto, that complex is the biggest contributor to crime, robberies etc in western Blue Springs. I think they even had a murder or stabbing or something there recently. There is always cops flying in and out of there and many of the home invasions and burglaries that were hitting Blue Springs in past years were getting traced back to that complex.

Be very careful with that place. It looks almost nice when you drive by the place. I don't even think it's that old, maybe from the 80's or so. There are some pretty bad suburban apartment complexes in the KC area and that is one of them.

Hopefully they can get it cleaned up or maybe it has already started to turn around. It's a great location and the property should be able to get better tenants.

Do lots of research. Sorry, can't help you with Hampton Place, I guess not hearing about it is a potential good thing. If you have a lower budget, you might have better luck closer to the city or in older suburbs. Very low priced places in the outer burbs tend to be low for a reason.

Yeah, our lease is up in our apartment here in raytown in november. We want to get a house in april or so, after we get our tax returns. The plan was to get a cheaper 1 bedroom for six months in blue springs so we can be there and able to get a feel for it and also be able to look at the houses there and then buy a house when our six month lease is up in april or may. But if we cant find an apartment thats safe and clean for what we want to spend, thats a bummer.
