The only negative thing I can say about Liberty is that the traffic is very heavy there. That is a reason I will never live there.

I have just completed my long-distance North of the River rental search and used a lot of Craig's List - use a search term "North" or "Liberty", etc. to weed out a whole lot you're not interested in. You'll find several property management company's listings there with links to their own websites. I know nothing personally about Terry Flood, but they have been around for ages and always seem to have plenty of rentals available.
