Default Usps sucks

I am so dissapointed with USPS again. In January 2011, my boxes were damaged and books werre losts. After many reports I made at the post office, customer service, etc. and their repeated promises that they will find and retun to me through their contact with USPS MAIL RECOVERY CENTER in Atlanta. However, got confession from someone who selling my books online, that they got them through auctions in Febuary 2011 by USPS MAIL RECOVERY CENTER ATLANTA. So what happened was, they found and auction them. It seems USPS do not have a department of found and return.
Again in December 2011, some books I mailed got damaged. Although this time I have insurance but it iso tedious and complicated to make claim. I feel like give up, accepting the fact that USPS SUCKS and nothing I can do about it.

If more people called and emailed to ask about the process of filing the claim, taking up people's time, maybe they would make the process easier. Maybe the process is designed to make people give up. Hopefully you have a speaker phone for when you're on hold for an hour.
