Question about car title (house, cars, notary)

when you sign over a title of a car to another person, both cars in kansas, does a person have to have the title notorized when signing over the title to someone else?

If I could get an answer from someone that has recently sold thier car and knows for sure, that would be cool..

I see that no one has replied to you. Go to your local court house and ask them. It is free and you will get the right answer to your question which might not happen here.

You don't have to have a notary any more, found that out on the last vehicle I sold.
