About A Ford...
Don't take your truck into any dealership in Wichita, they'll only rip you off ... I grew up in wichita learning to drive with a Bronco and having a dad that would only own fords....so, I have some experience. Take your vehicle into Sears Service at the Towne East mall, they are honest and straightforward and you should like how they do business. Good luck.

That is kind of sad that our American dealeships are like that, if you get service from a Toyota, Hundai, etc, dealership you get great service, they even wash your car for you. Before we moved down here from Michigan, I took my Ford Focus into a Ford dealership and complain about them not doing the tire rotation that I payed for and all I got was a screw on one of my side tires . I have always driven Ford cars or trucks but my next truck will be a Toyota .

How about Rusty Eck Ford? While the technicians service your truck, Rusty will service your teenage sons in his back office!

I never dealt with the Eck dealership when I lived in Wichita, so can't speak for them. Hambelton did good work and never messed anything up, but prices were a bit high. I found Sears to be pretty good, too.
