Live in my house for FREE. Here is the catch: The house needs quite a bit of work to be livable. I have not seen the house in 18 months but I know the roof leaks, floors are rotted in the kitchen and laundry, no CHA, and the electric meter was pulled off the wall. The address is 410 E 10th St Coffeyville KS. It is a 2 bed 1 bath with a 2 car garage. I will let someone live for free thru December 2009 if they pay the taxes of about $175 per year and just make the house livable. They don't have to make it a palace, just livable for them.
