I live in Hays and it is a college town with tons of bars and liquor stores. There isnt much else to do there but drink. There is quite a few people with alcohol problems living here.

yeah, there are tons of liquor stores, but everyone there loves to drink, so you could add another one and it might work out. or you might see if you could buy an interest in an existing store. the people at main stop liquor are pretty cool, including the owner.
if you want your own store, scout around and check to see how many stores there are per capita in a town and see if you can find a place that really needs one (unless you have your heart set on hays, which begs the question: why?) |

Is it possible in the state of Kansas to own and operate a Liquor store if you are under the age of 21? Please let me know.
Thanks, Kyle |
