Default Spring Hill

Not sure if you are still considering the move or not but would let you know about our move. My wife and I moved out fo Olathe to Spring Hill in Sept of 05 and have loved it. our home was only 3 years old when we purchased it. We have 6 children, all adults of course and not living at home and we have 8 grandchildren who come by often. In fact, we babysit 3 of them after work 2 days of the week.

Our development is about 5 years old. I have seen a lot of children in the neighborhood and feel that it is very safe. I can leave the garage open without worry. Our crime rate pretty much consists of traffic tickets and maybe the occasssional summons being served.

Spring Hill is divided into 2 counties, one being Johnson and the other being Miami. I prefer Miami over Johnson county myself. They have also just completed a brand new HUGE high school which is being used this year.

All in all, we enjoy Spring Hill, though it does lack the fast food resturants but does have a killer BBQ place called K & Ms. WalMart is only about a 10 minute drive and if you work in OP, it's only about a 20 minute drive. I work in Raytown and spend an average of 35 minutes on my drives tot and from work.

Hope this helps.
