Default Job creation-Bus. Dev.

Currently, I have the possibility to transition to the Overland Park/Olathe area of KS, as well as, other metro areas. I would love to receive some upside/downside comments on the availability of property for business development and job creation, environmental awareness of local denizens, quality of living issues (e.g. ambience, walkability, etc.), arts/theatre, educational level of workforce, and the receptivity of local government to new business. When it comes to housing, I love to think small - 1100 to 1500sq. ft., - rent or buy. Apartments are likewise viable.

Any insights you may have are appreciated.

Thank you.
