Question Homeschoolers in Wichita
Just wondering what the homeschooling climate is like in wichita. Any good groups or co-ops? Is Kansas a homeschool friendly state?

About four years ago I was at one of the Wichita shopping malls and saw numerous homeschools represented, many different colored t-shirts with various names indicating homeschooling organizations. Apparently, different homeschool organizations were having an activity day. I think, they had had sports competitions. That was the only time I saw anything like it. I don't have any idea if all the homeschooling groups were from Wichita or how to contact any of them for information.

Homeschooling is huge in Kansas. I've been considering homeschooling my son when he gets old enough.
