Wink Scranton Ks - children

If anyone is thinking about moving to Scranton ks and needs information about our town, schools and childcare please feel free to contact me i would love to help anyone out.

Scranton is a great place to live - quite country living away from the hussle of the city but still close enough for work, shopping and playing.

We love living in a small town raising our child, and caring for other children as well.

Would you happen to know of any houses for rent in or around Scranton? We are moving to the Topeka area and would like to stay in a small community to the south of Topeka. We have looked at the Scranton, Carbondale, Overbrook school district but still need to find a home to rent. We will buy after we get settled into the community and like it. We want a place to call home.

South of Topeka tends to flood. We live North of Topeka and there are quite a few houses here to rent or buy. Is there a specific reason you're looking south?

We have yet to flood in Hoyt. Hasn't happened.

Regardless, the surrounding communities are all nice if you don't want to live in the city. Of course, the only real problem with commuting is the cost of fuel. Other than that, they're great places for families.

Good luck!

We are looking south because my husband is working on the south side. We don't want to put our kids in large schools. We have found a house in Lyndon that we are buying. Didn't think we'd qualify, but we did!!

Thanks for all the interest and help.

Congratulations on the purchase! We looked at homes in Lyndon when we moved to this part of the state. It looked like a nice place.
