Home prices in Andover
I live in Hot Springs Arkansas, I have family in Wichita and El Dorado. I am thinking of moving to Andover and going to Vatterotte for school. I looked in Andover last year and liked the neighborhoods. Last year I could pick up a nice 2 bed one bath with two car gar. and finished basement with 1 bed and one bath plus family room with fenced in back yard for 125k give or take. How are things doing on home prices now?
Has the down turn of the last year made home prices in Andover drop any?
