furucksh is on a distinguished road
Default possible move to wichita.

I have family in Wichita and am looking at a possible move there. I like andover and have been told by a realtor I know that things are slow and it is a buyers market, but values have not fallen a lot mostly because they did not rise a lot.
I would like to also look at old town lofts, but they seem to be very high. has prices dropped on some of these?

My realtor said things were kinda flat right now in this area. Not to say it's declining...just that it's not rising or falling at the moment. It seems to be neither a buyer's or seller's market. This area seems to be a real estate island. Where homes in CA and FL are dropping through the floor here they have seen very little of that effect because like you said they didn't see the huge growth that those places saw either. We're likely to see continued steady growth after the real estate storm passes.
