Default Atchison

I have visited Atchison a few times, once being Halloween. I love the charm of this city, as well as the "mystery" and stories. Has anyone done any paranormal research into any of the houses associated with the stories, or at least toured any? I've read dozens of sites and blogs, and it gets pretty interesting.

I live about an hour away, and still haven't made it to Atchison for a ghost tour. It is definitely on the "to do list"! This time of year would be great for that.

the town is no different than any other small town, except that an enterprising group decided to see how they could rip off the general populace by cashing in on a few old buildings. if you want and expensive and bad joke ( aka open youre eyes ) take the haunted tour. they give you no facts, just a bad tape about some made up goomba.

There have been some investigate the house that is known as Sally's house. And, I think that there was some other ones at some of the other homes that are suppose to be haunted. You can check on some of the websites on paranormal research and it will give you imformation.
