Looking for a good Rental home in Hutchinson (rental homes, houses)

Thanks to everyone that provided input on my last post.

We are 95% sure we will be moving to the Hutchinson Area within the next 60-90 days and have been having a hard time locating any information on houses for rent.

can anyone help?

I know I had a hard time when I was looking for a rental home in Hutchinson, but I finally found a good landlord, Bob Lyon, who has lots of rental homes, and we rented one from him, a 3 bedroom for $600 a month in the neighborhood of Careyville close to the prison where I work. I would absolutley NOT rent from Bob Lyon. He is a horrible landlord. He was very nice until I rented the unit, then he wouldn't fix anything. When the AC unit wasn't working, he told me that I don't know what I'm talking about and that it was working fine. He told me that he doesn't like being a landlord, he only likes the houses. He even admitted to evicting people just because he doesn't like them. There's no way I would recommend anyone rent from him. And just for the record, I am not a bad renter, I pay my rent on time and didn't break or trash anything in the residence.
