lost Gt Gt Grandfather
just found my lost relative Benjamin Tolson from Dewsbury England who left to work in PA steelworks Harrisburg in1871/72;On 1880 Census for Spearville he was a homesteader,?married Kate,buried in Spearville with his wife & son Richard.
Can anyone help with more information or possibly a photograph of the gravestone please sandrahepp@tiscali.co.uk

You might try the Ford County County Clerk. They are at www.fordcounty.net. Spearville is a very long way from where I live so I won't be able to help.

Spearville is also very near Dodge City, ( in SW Kansas), so many of the public records may be at the Register of Deeds in Dodge City Kansas.
