Default Looking for a good place to live in Wichita or near by areas
I am going to be looking for a place to buy or rent in the Wichita area. I like Andover but it will take time for the economy to bring things into line for home prices. I have seen the price drop a bit over the last few months. I have to decide if I should just rent and let the economy take its toll and try to buy on the down side that is coming maybe late summer? Any ideas or good subs would be appreciated.

Derby, Andover, Maize, and Goddard are all nice places. Rent first and buy later. That's my advice.
