Default any new upscale housing areas?...best areas?.....

just curious if there are any new-ish developments in the Wichita area that are the "ultimate" addresses to live at nowadays....

a few years ago, it was something like Wilson Estates (?) and the Bradley Fair area???...near Rock and 13th????..

and curious what the prices are at these places now?....price per square foot or however you measure it....lot sizes, amenities???....

we lived there in the early 70s and I'm curious what things are like there now, real estate-wise...

thanks a lot for the info

aeroguy80 is on a distinguished road
There are some nice homes on E 21st St, just east of 127th St. Saw a sign for "The Reserve" I think. Homes from the $600,000's. If you get east of 127th St, you get Andover Schools but Wichita city limits so the taxes are a bit cheaper.
