What would you like to know?
I'm not surely it's truly "As good as it gets" , but St. Francis is a nice enough town.
We currently live about 25 miles north, in Nebraska, but we're in the process of building a house in Cheyenne co, just north of Sainty.

There's no box store, not even an Alco, but main street is doing okay-- Amongst others, a grocer, a True Value, lumber yard, parts store and my fave, a quilt shop....
Wray, CO is fairly close and with 3,000 people, has more shopping options when needed. (Nice fabric shop there too!) Goodland, KS is also fairly close and has WalMart, fast food, etc.
And Colby, KS is only 70 miles or so and has WalMart, and the more "serious" shopping (Guess what! there's a great quilt shop in Colby, too! )

There are a couple of nice restaurant/cafes in town. Park Hill being my favorite. The golf course seems nice enough (I don't golf, but we always go to the Fireman's Ball at the country club each year)
There are activities and such going on throughout the year .

The clinic/hospital would jokingly be called a "Band-aid" station since most serious emergencies will be flown out after being stabilized. But, like most of the small clinics/hospitals in our area, they have specialists that come in at certain times of the month, do routine care, deliver babies, etc.
