Older Disabled Couple With small dogs Looking for Cheap House or Mobile Home In Wichita KS Area (for sale)

My SO and I are in the 50s and have three small dogs. Two are teacup size and one is medium size. We need a place where pets are allowed and has a small yard for them to go outside. He just had open heart surgery a few weeks ago and is applying for disability so the only income right now is mine. I get SSI a small widow's pension that makes up the difference of disability so it's less than $700. We desperately need to move from my studio apartment into a place were we can have our adored pets and he can pursue a hobby to make some extra money.

We both smoke but we're very clean and neat and like to just stay at home and enjoy our privacy. We're also very quiet and get along well and don't argue or fight with each other. Anyone who lives close will wonder if we're even there other than an occassional dog barking if someone is on the porch.

We would like a house but a mobile home would also be good if it's off to itself and has a small yard.

I know this is a lot to ask for but we really do need a place to live that's not an apartment. Once he gets his disability we could afford to pay more but for now we need something $300 to $400 a month or less.

Please respond if you know of anything that would fit our needs.
