I just went to the Blind Tiger this week and left after not receiving ANY service in 10 minutes. I have also been served moldy bread. Definitely not my kind of quality. A little whole in the wall, but definitely the best steak in town has to be North Star.
The Pad serves an awesome burger, so does The Dugout.

I'll second that. They've got great burgers! Another good place is the Topeka Steak House, out east on 40. Their chicken fried steak is delicious!

The Pad is also great for a pork tenderloin sandwich!! For Mex the wife and I go to Las Fuentes in White Lakes Mall.
