Default Which neighboring state to move to?

Let’s say you wanted to move outside Kansas, but remain close by, say within a day’s drive. Which neighboring state would you choose—Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri or Oklahoma? Why?

That's an easy one- Colorado. Because it is beautiful and has a decent climate.

Oklahoma, because I want to be in another climate zone, for my garden. I miss zone 6.

I see you're conveniently ignoring about half of the state. lol

For me it's Nebraska for the simple that it's home.

I'm surprised nobody suggested Missouri. The state is quite scenic. The landscape of Mizzou is much more attractive than Oklahoma.

You're right, SW Missouri has some beautiful scenery. So does NW Arkansas. I'd prefer to stay in Kansas, say SE Kansas, but to move to a neighboring state, I'd still choose Oklahoma, but somewhere in the NE quadrant.

I'd choose Colorado - because I live here, it has mountains and no humidity, and it's a blue state!

Here in Denver, we refer to everything east of DIA as "Kansas", so all that flat, abandoned farmland doesn't count

Ha! Home for the simple? A Freudian slip perhaps?

I'm just kidding. The Cornhusker state would be a marvelous, wonderful place to call home.
