Default Moving to Wichita area
I may be relocating to the Wichita area. I have been there several times and have looked at the crime map. Does anyone know of a good safe storage place? I saw one over by 96 near the camp ground that looked like it would be safe. I am looking to relocate on the east side so somewhere on the east side or possibly Andover area.

For Storage I have used U.S Storage off 21st & Oliver,They had keycode gates..
And Camera's,rates are decent.
The eastside is mostly upper/upper middle class & some not so great areas.
You might provide more information,single?school age children?Rent or Buy?
Price range?Bad areas are mostly around WSU & Harry & Oliver.
I feel safe in Wichita 99% of the time.Random stuff could happen anywhere..
In the city though.

I think anything east of Rock Road is great! If you have children, I hear you shouldn't send them to the Wichita public schools. I have recently just moved to Wichta and have done lots of research on this. We have decided to buy in the Northwest area... the Maize School District. Not only is it a great school district, you seem to get more for your money over there. It is one of the fastest growing areas in south central kansas.
