Default Special Education in OP and Olathe
I am moving to Johnson County in Fall of 2009 and have pinned down two school districts-Blue Valley and Olathe. Both are nice but my concern is Special Education for my 9 year old who has medium to high functioning Autism.I talked to Blue Valley and looks like they don't have great classrooms for medium functioning kids.Does anyone has a child in any of the school districts who is receiving Special education?

Hello! Welcome to the area! If you are still interested in the school systems, let me know. I am an education advocate for children with disabilities. My specialty is autism. I have worked with schools in both areas and would be more than willing to give you my opinion!
