I am looking at cowley college, and colby community college, as well as the other community colleges that offer housing in Kansas. Which community colleges with housing in Kansas is best, or should I look into?

Thanks in advance.

I think Hutchinson CC might have housing, but I'm not positive.

Cowley college is in a Oil and Gas type economy and Colby is in a corn/wheat Farming economy . I would think the corn farmers are doing better than Oil and Gas, I visited the Colby campus a year ago I was impressed . The most impressive thing IMO is its proximity to Denver CO. because it is way out in Kansas Farm country so don't expect your typical college night life with out making a drive.

I don't know that Butler Community College has A LOT of housing, but it's been a great school for a number of years. Plus, it puts you pretty close to the Wichita metro area, for a little variety.

I did a search of the endowments of the two college you mentioned and the figures I found were $276,464 for Colby and $172,775 for Cowley I think these are fairly recent figures. they should at least give you some good relative info. It looks like corn farmers are doing better than gas and oil business
