Default Moving to Wichita

I have an offer on my home, if it sells I will be moving to Wichita area. I would like to be on the east side which is near my family. I will have a budget of around 120k and looking for an upper with 2/1 or bigger. I liked turkey creek but it is on the west side, so a sub in the east that is like the east side.

Check out Andover.... I think some of the housing division you can build a house with an unfinished basement.

Andover has a big YMCA, good schools and it is 15 - 20 minutes to downtown Wichita.
