Default Grainfield Kansas: Wheatland High School

I am looking at relocating to or around Grainfield, Kansas. What can you tell me about the area and the high school, Wheatland? ANY help would be appreciated.

Pretty typical small town rural KS. Lots of farming and ranching. I have family out there. They have been pleased with Quinter, HS. I see that Wheatland HS has a website that should show extra curricular activites and such.

Probably not much in the way of amenities in Grainfield. But you are right on I70 between Colby and Hays which will have a decent amount of shopping, etc. Hays is home to Fort Hays State University, and there are a few cultural opportunities there. You're about 4 hours from Denver for major city stuff. And about 6 hours from Kansas City.

Does that help? What kind of info are you looking for?
