Looking for a licensed contractor
I have a house in Arkansas City, KS that I am selling. I have a tenant in the house, and he says the roof leaks over the kitchen.
I am taking a HUGE loss on the house already and do not want to put a ton more money into it, by giving it a whole new roof, which it needs.
I am looking for a contractor that is willing to patch the roof.
I have called all the contractors in the area and have not gotten any responses back.
Is their someone out there who is licensed, and willing to work?
