Home prices in Wichita (renting, buy, living in)

Does any one have an inside view of home values in Wichita? I am renting at the moment and was waiting for the market to come down a bit. It seems that there is some down trend but not a lot. My realtor says that she is seeing more forclosures and this winter should be bottom for a good buy time. Any other opinions?

I would wait a bit longer. The housing prices in Wichita will continue to go down for awhile. The Durable goods order reports that just came out are still in the negative, which is not good for the aircraft industry.

Again tom you have tried this feeble attempt at intimidation for so long it is just silly. Laughable really. I think though it is either you are trying to give the impression that I have done something wrong to those who post here because you can not spew the hate you do on the military collectors forum, or you are really mental. I think it is a bit of both personally. Ever hear of the insane doing the same thing over and over thinking it will result in a different outcome? Hmmm, maybe not. Maybe you take your own pain treatments, personally I think shock therapy would do you some good. BTW hows Drew doing? I am talking with him on the web, he thinks I am a fellow hobbiest.
