What are anyone's thoughts about the market in the Olathe Kansas area or Gardner Kansas area?

Those cities have homes with cheaper prices per sq/ft, but are not as desirable as other cities in Johnson County. Shawnee, Overland Park, Prairie Village, and Leawood are better choices in my opinion. Olathe and Gardner feel like they belong out in central KS both literally and culturally.
