I'm from Linn County, Kansas, graduated from Mound City High School, and lived on a farm only about 4 miles from Pleasanton. My dad graduated from Pleasanton High School. Who are you, Bill, and what is your connection with Pleasanton?

What are you refering to with regards to Hwy 69? Linn County is well removed from the KC metro and has always been a rural county. I think that their are still under 10,000 people that live in the county.

Bill,
You should be aware that their was major flooding less than a week ago in many counties in southeast Kansas including Linn County. I do know that many of the roads were completely flooded and impassable in Linn County. They had over 15 inches of rain in a few days over some areas. Many people were evacuated from the town of Osawatomie, which is right on the river as well. Fortunately, all of the areas that were affected by the flooding are now drying out.

My darling and myself reall enjoyed the New Dinner thearter in Ovewrland park and I am going to try and arrange it so I can get two different shows in the next trip.

Cheers
