Default Rose Hill - Sankey Rodeo

Curious if any of you are familiar with the Sankey Rodeo School in Rose Hill, KS? For an 18 year old city kid that's never been on a bull (let alone a horse), is this a good school to learn at?

I actually am familiar with Sankey Rodeo Schools and I think it would be a good school for a beginner like yourself. It all depends on what exactly you're wanting to learn. If you wanted to do bull riding you can take a program in that but the also have saddle bronc (my event) as well as calf roping among others. You kind of have to know what your into before you decide what you'd want to do. Bull riding requires a rider to have good reflexes, upper body strength, and co-ordination. Another event like saddle bronc however requires very good timing, style and strength. But to some extent this can all be learned, if you gave some more info on what interests you it might help. Sankey will help you find a level your comfortable at, they won't be putting you on any rank bulls right of the bat. If its something you want to do, go for it, oh yeah and hold on.
