Anyone work for Spirit Air Systems? (Wichita: environment, relocate, company)

We are interested in working for this company. But, before we totally relocate
from another state, I was wondering if anyone here works for Spirit Air, &
is this a nice work environment? Really, is it a decent place to work?

We have worked for one of the "Big Three", & you can probably guess how
that's working out for us, sheesh.

I don't work for Spirit, but I know a couple of people who do, and they seem happy enough. One is an engineer, and I don't know what the other one does there. Both have been there quite awhile. I would think we would be hearing about it here in Wichita if there were problems, since so many work there.
