Thanks everyone!
I am settling in but missing my husband. It will be exactly one month that I have not seen him, he comes out next week. He stayed behind to tie up loose ends and a few things with work. He was held back longer than expected.
I love it here even with the hassle of moving...which is rough. I am currently trying to get some grass put in at my house. With all of the rain my backyard is a mud pit so I am looking for someone who won't charge an arm and a leg to clear out my back yard and plant some grass. To get someone to come out, call back with a quote and do the job at a reasonable price is a challenge. If anyone knows someone on Kauai who does this pm me.
Oh, and I have also learned that if you see something you need...buy it...because it will be gone when you come back for it.
I am learning. Thanks for all of the well wishes.
