Default Flatwoods info needed

Can anyone tell me about Flatwoods Ky. Population, housing prices etc. Is the area progressive toward a holistic doctor, health food store etc??

Any new growth or renovation going on? Thanks! Doc.

Sorry, I don't know much about flatwoods. I work about 30 miles or so from there, but I imagine it is fairly progressive for holistic doctors and such, as it sits right on the Ohio border, and is fairly close to Huntington, WV as well. Certainly more progressive than other parts of Eastern, KY, although progressive is really relative to each persons Opinion and Definition of progressive, right?
Catlettsburg, Ashland, Raceland, Ironton, Flatwoods, etc., sort of all flow into each other right on the river which divides Ohio and North/Eastern Ky. So the population would be a combination really of all those communities combined. Hope this helps just a little bit. Good luck!
