apts in Versailles?? (apartment complexes, lease, townhouses)

Hello! We´re moving to Versailles from the west coast so we can´t see the apt before we rent it. We are looking for something as close as possible to downtown, preferably near the historic part. Please write if you know of where to look or where not to look. Thank you!

Stay away from the Charmac area, and honestly I personally wouldn't live in any of the apartment complexes in Versailles. A nice place is the Rose Hill townhouses and it's about 2 minutes from Main St. They're leased by Matthews Realty. I rent a townhouse near those and it's really nice, but the management company has serious issues and I cannot recommend them. Took them 5 months to fix a dishwasher and I still have electrical issues with my bedroom lights and ceiling fans. Scary stuff! (Sometimes the lights won't even shut off) I will tell you their name if you send me a private email. There is only one little local paper and it's published on Wednesday evenings. If you'd like to get a copy of the classifieds I can drop one in the mail for you if you want me to.
