well I actually won two tablecloths from 1981 on Ebay :-) but as far as the rest... no luck so far.

Cooter's Place in Gatlinburg, TN. Owned by Ben Johnson, who played Cooter. I don't remember seeing any party favors, but they do sell t-shirts, caps, ect.
