Default Nicholas County, where to find plat maps?

Does anyone know if the propertax records for Nicholas County are accessible via the internet? I'm trying to find a plat map on a property I'm interested in.

Thanks!

Doubt it, they have it on computer at most PVA offices in the state. They just not online to my knowledge.

Thanks Davart .... I checked the Dept. of Revenue website, and kind of got that impression. Oh well ...

I was able to call the address up on Yahoo and get a satellite image, but I can't really 'see' where the property is, or is it has a lot or a little trees etc.

We have a very responsive realtor in Lex, and I've sent him our "Short List" of properties we want to see when we arrive in a little over a week. I'm sure he'll have a plat map for us when we get there!

Thanks again for your reply.

what part of Nicholas County...the area closest to Bourbon County is flatter, with mostly cleared land, it gets steeper the further east and north you go.

Toria:
The property is located somewhat north of Carlisle. From topo maps, it appears to be hilly, and rolling and has some trees ...(important for us to have trees).
