I can't believe that in April parts of Kentucky had 15 inches of rain!! That is way above normal!!

The flood is made worse for two reasons. First, the entire lengths of rivers are now lined by flood walls/ levees. Second, runoff is much higher than in the past from all these huge parking lots and wider subdivision streets
