My daughter is about to end her PA rotations in KY in Feb. 08. I have mentioned the occupation to several of my Physicians and they are very optimistic about the profession. Several of them are thinking about bringing a PA on staff. Some have NP and PA on staff. My understanding is in the $80K range. I think Nashville, TN is closer to $120K, cost of living is higher in Nashville though. I sense that some of the NP's are not too happy about the new competition.
