Default Where can I find CMA's for Woodford County
Can anyone tell me where to find comperable sales info for farms/homes in Woodford County (Versailles) that have been closed in the last couple three months?

We located a property we're interested in, but would like to check what other properties are selling for in that area.

Woodford County assessor is not online, unfortunately (Fayette county is). A realtor in the area can give you comps though.
