Default Whoa... NE Ky population drop

Me again.......!!! I was just researching the NE Ky population and demographics, does anyone know what is going on? The census was from 1990-2006, and all three of the areas of Covington, Newport, and Dayton had some pretty big drops! This is scaring me, what is going on here?
Seems like the majority of population is gaining. Is there something happening here I should be aware of? This will be my first time visiting this area......!
Looks like there are plenty of jobs, and real estate doesn't look too bad, is it the weather? the crime?
So far the pictures of the area are really awesome.

Those population estimates that you quoted sound like a load of crap to me. This part of Ky is a vibrant, prolonged growth area. Don't be shied away by some realtor's BS/wishful thinking. Northern Kentucky is no wasteland. Its a modern, urban populace, with a lot going for it.
