Hi,
I live near Calvert City. It's a nice town, as far as I know; although I will tell you I have only driven thru it. I'm sure you would like it, if you're looking for a small, friendly community.

Calvert City has some industry near the river and some find that undesirable however Sundance is right in that it's a nice, friendly small town. If you search on Benton, KY in city-data you'll find weather, precip., demographics, etc.... And best of all Calvert City is close to Kentucky Lake!
