Smile Horse Cave

We live in New Jersey and are looking for a place that we can have land and peace. Horse Cave looks like a great place any input from anyone would be great.
Thanks>

Well I haven't been there for a few years but I used to enjoy going to Horse Cave Theater....it's a pretty area. You'll probably like it.

You will definitely get the land and the peace in Horse Cave. Horse Cave is a slow paced town. I live in Louisville and would not think of living in Horse Cave because of the lack of nightlife, shopping, etc... But, as the other post stated it is very beautiful. Land is affordable. I have friends from college who grew up in Horse Cave. They have since relocated to nearby Glasgow, KY. I don't know of a lot of things to do in Glasgow either, but the folks I know sometimes travel to nearby Bowling Green for shopping. Overall, I think if it's peace you are looking for, you will definitely find it in Horse Cave. Mammoth Cave is a few minutes away where you will find go-carts, skyrides, etc... and of course the caves. Beach Bend is a small amusement park with a water park that is a short drive away.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you come to consider Horse Cave? I lived near there for a few years.
