Wink Information needed on Covington, Newport, and Dayton rentals

In 2 weeks I will be taking a trip to the rivers cities and would like to drive by apartments to see what the neighborhoods are like. I am wanting to get the most out of this tour as I can. Most likely I will have to relocate then find a job. So I need to find either a management company or private landlord that will take monies and references up front until I find something or even the name of a reputable real estate firm that rents out housing.

Anyone know of some places I can try while I am there, and be able to see them from the outside and the inside? Just curious also if there are signs in peoples windows and in the yards that have phone numbers on them like they do in the Louisville areas for places to rent.

I can do Dayton, Newport, and Covington and their suburbs!

This is also posted in the Cincy forum!

Thanks!
