This is my first time posting in a forum and I'm a little computer retarded so if I do anything wrong please let me know and I'll fix it asap! My husband and I are from Arizona...born and raised. We've been looking to relocate and he was just hired on as a mechanic in Bowling Green, this came as a total surprise as we thought we where moving to Mohall, ND...so glad we're going to KY instead! I've been trying to research the area online, but haven't been able to find out alot about it. We have three boys who are in 4th, 3rd, and 1st grade so I would love to have any info on the schools there. Also I want to go back to nursing school and get my RN, do any of the local collages have good Nursing programs...We'd prob be renting for a while so where are the best places to rent that allow animals....as we have 2 purebred German Shepherds, a Rotti mix, and two cats? ANY info would be great....thank you!!

I don't know much about Bowling Green except that I enjoy visiting there. You are not far from Mammoth Cave and the Corvette Musuem is a hoot to visit. Your boys will enjoy being able to sit in a Vette and have their pics taken. As far as places to live you might try Craig's List to see what is available for rent. Hopefully, Dixie Girl will stop by and give you more info. I believe she lives in the area.

I am here to help. I live in Bowling Green and would be glad to help you out. Can you send me a private message of whether you want to live in the city or in the county, what size house, how much rent you can pay? That sort of thing. We have two school systems city and county, depending on where you are wanting to live.

I am a GSD lover also, and have always raised them. I only have one now, he is a wonderful dog. Aren't they the best dogs ever?

how exciting! i have family in the Bowling Green area. I am orig from MI, and we used to spend summers down there. Some great memories. I live in Yuma, AZ, now, but would love to relocate to Bowling Green. You will enjoy it. It does get hot and humid, but you are just an hour away from Nashville, and not too far away from the east coast. Have a great move!
