I am a 52 year old divorced female who hopes to move some place in Kentucky in the next 3-9 mos.

I would prefer to buy a small home under $100,000 in a city under 15,000. I will need to find a job in the clerical field and do not want to have more than a 15 minute commute. I enjoy my privacy and do not wish to live in the type of town where everyone has to know everyone else's business. I do not have children so the schools are not an issue.

I've researched websites for several areas and of course, you don't learn the pitfalls of a town that way.

What would be the best place for me????

A town under 15,000 that doesn't want to know everybody's business ... can't think of one in Kentucky, sorry.

Pendleton! It's on I-71 28 miles from downtown Louisville. I have an agent who is from the Boston MA area and loves where she lives.
