I am curios if anyone knows how much land goes for in the Maceo Kentucky area. I want to buy some land for a farm and am curious how much it costs per acre in that area. Maceo is about fifteen minutes from Owensboro. If anyone has any idea I would appreciate it or if they could lead me in the direction where I could find out myself. Thank you.

I grew up in the area, was just there over the weekend. Like most of Kentucky, there is very little farm land being sold as farm land, now it is mostly cut up into little gentle-farms (another word for sprawl) That being said, 5-10,000 per acre would not be out of range depending on its location, lay, and the infrastructure
